The New York Maritime Security Conference will return on Thursday, May 14, 2026, when thought leaders and experienced professionals from across government, the private sector, defense and academia gather to explore the crucial role the maritime industry plays in national security. This year’s focus will be on Restoring American Maritime Dominance.

Why Attend?
A strong domestic maritime sector is essential for national security and economic prosperity. Restoring American maritime dominance will reduce reliance on foreign supply chains led increasingly by strategic adversaries, secure our ability to move troops and supplies during conflicts, and create a skilled maritime industrial base to meet future shipbuilding needs.
This conference addresses the complex operational, commercial, policy and regulatory challenges and opportunities within the U.S. maritime value chain.
The New York Council Navy League is excited to host its fourth New York Maritime Security Conference. NYMSC is once again gathering government officials, military leaders and maritime industry professionals to explore the vital role of the maritime industry in national security and economic prosperity.
